Cleaner ethanol, Greener economy

Sterling Ethanol Carbon Capture and Storage Project

The Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) project at the Sterling Ethanol Plant would capture and store 95 percent of annual carbon dioxide emissions during the fermentation process before it can be released into the atmosphere.

Engineering and environmental feasibility studies for the Sterling Ethanol Plant are ongoing.
